Rum Punch

The slight sweetness of a punchy rum punch marries very well with Trinidadian Bakes with Honey … you’ll be reaching for another round of both!

Borgo Magredo Sauvignon 2017 (DOC Friuli Grave)

I love this complex sauvignon with Jamaican Snapper Escovitch, it has enough fruit to match the sweetness of the vegetables and a good clean acid finish to balance the rich butter sauce.
